How Do I Schedule My Session with Casey?

• Complete the Missing Link Activator™
  
• Upload the EED
• Complete the DQ 
• Submit
• Schedule Your Session

BEFORE scheduling your Revelation Call with Casey you must do the following:

1)  Download the Emotional Energy Diagnostic™ – CLICK HERE to DOWNLOAD

• You might want to print the Emotional Energy Diagnostic™(EED), then, circle your answer to each question, answering as quickly as you can by selecting the first answer that pops into your mind.
• Note:  Your choices are True, Sometimes and False.  They are your only choices.  Write- In answer such as Usually, Almost Always, or Hardly Ever will all be viewed as Sometimes. So do us both a favor and use the options I have given you.
• This should take you no more than 15 minutes – since it’s all True, False and Sometimes questions.

2) Once you’ve made all your selections, go back into the Word document and bold your answers – resist the urge to change any answers.  The first answer is always the right answer for this exercise.

3) Save the EED to your computer.

4) Complete the Discovery Questionnaire

• I could tell you your whole life story by reading your Missing Link Activator™, but since we have about an hour, I’ll need the answers you provide on the Discovery Questionnaire to keep us focused.

5) Upload your completed EED in the space provided on the questionnaire below.

Once you have completed the forms you will be redirected to my online calendar to schedule your session.  My schedule is filling up pretty quickly, so don’t wait too long!
